HINA offers a free worldwide delivery.
The orders are normally delivered within 10 days from the date of final confirmation of the order (subject to the availability of the products and the accuracy of the data provided).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns
If returning an article purchased, a customer has 30 days, from the date the order was received, to proceed with the return process. The article should be in its original condition to be returned. Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable and will be deducted from the refund unless it is paid in advance.
How to return an order?
To return all or part of the order, send the article purchase to : TOUCH LLC, 1-3-10-103 Nishi Ikuta, Tama-ku, Kawasaki City, JAPAN 214-0037. A customer may use own local post office or the carrier of their choice. Postal fees are at the customer’s charge.
Refunds
Subject to the above-mentioned conditions, HINA undertakes to reimburse amounts due as quickly as possible and at the latest within 14 days following receipt of proof of return (receipt for the postage of a tracked parcel, stamped and dated by the post office) of the parcel addressed to us or receipt of the parcel by us (the first of these two dates prevailing).
