Payment methods
We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other payments methods such as PayPal. During the checkout process, the supported payment methods are displayed on screen.
Please note that the price of merchandise can be pre-set in your local currency and is calculated according to the applicable exchange rate at the time you place your order.
DELIVERY
HINA offers a free worldwide delivery.
If you wish to have your order delivered to another address than yours: You will have to, on the checkout page, tick the box “Add an alternative delivery address” and enter the address you wish (full name, address, country….). Your invoicing address remains as the address that you entered while creating your account but you can, thus, get your parcel delivered somewhere else.
The orders are normally delivered within 10 days from the date of final confirmation of the order (subject to the availability of the products and the accuracy of the data provided).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns
If you wish to return an article purchased, you have 30 days, from the date the order was received, to proceed with the return process. Please note that the article should be in its original condition to be returned. Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable and will be deducted from your refund unless you have paid in advance.
How to return an order?
To return all or part of your order, please send the article purchase to : TOUCH LLC, 1-3-10-103 Nishi Ikuta, Tama-ku, Kawasaki City, JAPAN 214-0037. You may use your local post office or the carrier of your choice. Please note that postal fees are at your charge.
Refunds
Subject to the above-mentioned conditions, HINA undertakes to reimburse amounts due as quickly as possible and at the latest within 14 days following receipt of proof of return (receipt for the postage of a tracked parcel, stamped and dated by the post office) of the parcel addressed to us or receipt of the parcel by us (the first of these two dates prevailing).
