Craftsmanship

Since Edo period, Nishikatsura Yamanashi region has woven super thin silk textile for kimono liner. Using such tradition, HINA’s craftsman weaves super lightweight stoles only using natural fibers such as silk, cashmere and organic cotton.

The reason of its soft quality is that our craftsman does all process from weaving, washing with Mount Fuji water, drying under the beautiful sky and wind by the hands of trained crafts men.

HINA’s hijab takes over traditional weaving methods handed down at the north foot of Mt. Fuji, and mainly uses old type of slow speed machines, aiming at bringing out the most of what those natural fibers have.

Color

How many colors are there in the world? The human eye has the ability to identify nearly 7 million unique colors, but the color spectrum is limitless beyond the naked eye. With so many colors surrounding us on the canvas of life, it isn’t surprising that the perception of color varies from culture to culture. Every culture has its own sense of color, and Japan is no exception. From prehistoric times to the present day, the Japanese have developed their own collection of traditional colors, known as dentoushoku, which are still recognized and used today. HINA uses only Japanese own traditional colors for our hijab.

DELIVERY

HINA offers a free worldwide delivery.

If you wish to have your order delivered to another address than yours: You will have to, on the checkout page, tick the box “Add an alternative delivery address” and enter the address you wish (full name, address, country….). Your invoicing address remains as the address that you entered while creating your account but you can, thus, get your parcel delivered somewhere else.

The orders are normally delivered within 10 days from the date of final confirmation of the order (subject to the availability of the products and the accuracy of the data provided).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns

If you wish to return an article purchased, you have 30 days, from the date the order was received, to proceed with the return process. Please note that the article should be in its original condition to be returned. Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable and will be deducted from your refund unless you have paid in advance.

How to return an order?

To return all or part of your order, please send the article purchase to : TOUCH LLC, 1-3-10-103 Nishi Ikuta, Tama-ku, Kawasaki City, JAPAN 214-0037. You may use your local post office or the carrier of your choice. Please note that postal fees are at your charge.

Refunds

Subject to the above-mentioned conditions, HINA undertakes to reimburse amounts due as quickly as possible and at the latest within 14 days following receipt of proof of return (receipt for the postage of a tracked parcel, stamped and dated by the post office) of the parcel addressed to us or receipt of the parcel by us (the first of these two dates prevailing).
